Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la Carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencia

Abstract

Abstract: This work addresses the academic preferences of Law students and their connection with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through the study of sentences, in the present case of Sentence Serie C No. 420, 2020 issued by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, evidencing progress in terms of the right of people belonging to LGBTIQ+ groups in Latin America, but specifically in Peru. Additionally, it establishes a precedent alienated from the right protected by sustainable development goal number 5, which refers to gender equality. This is how it has been decided to carry put an investigation that conceptually focuses on the importance of the SDGs, legally linking it with the rights to equality, personal integrity, freedom and finally giving a human meaning to the case raised by Azul Rojas vs. Peru; in such a way that it contributes to future of law students to understand the changes in society and how this influences to the need for regulatory changes.
