Abstract

Abstract:The analysis focused on Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 11, which aims to create inclusive, safe, resilient, and sustainable cities and communities. This goal aligns with the principles set out in the Constitution of Ecuador, which promotes the right to the city, social justice, and sustainability. The research delved into the relationship between sustainable urbanization, social inclusion, and SDG 11, evaluating their contribution to the development of equitable and resilient urban environments. The study highlighted the importance of legal certainty and access to justice, key elements for both SDG 11 and the Ecuadorian constitutional framework. The overall objective of the research was to explore how constitutional law and urban policies can be integrated to foster peaceful, inclusive, and equitable communities. The study assessed both the achievements and limitations of the research, analyzing its impact on social and professional spheres, as well as its contribution to building a more just and democratic society.
