Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to strengthen the relationship between family and school regarding initial education through the use of innovative strategies that promote communication and participation. The investigation is carried out in some early childhood education institutions with the participation of 10 parents from Initial 2 and 10 teachers from different educational institutions trained in Early Childhood Education. For its development, literature is reviewed that provides the basis for the theoretical framework. For the method, a combination of multiple and descriptive approaches is used along with quantitative methods such as reading graphs, percentage and the use of graphic organizers. Finally, it was possible to conduct interviews and questions with teachers and families whose information is essential. The interpretation of the data collected allowed us to establish the nature of family relationships in the dimensions of pedagogical, social and community educational activity: it is positive in nature, thus showing the importance of increasing collaboration on both sides towards the complete development of children.
