Abstract

Abstract: This investigation, we analicé how the viiolation of the fundamenetal rights of lomen and girls affects the fulfilment of the sustainable Development Goals Worldwide. These essential objetives seek to archive a fair, equitable and sustainable society for all and build a betel, peaceful Ward., and próspera In particular, the syudy regarding SDG No. 5, which contemplates gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls, is carried out. This objective has been linked to the study of the ruling of the Inter American Court of human Rights, for a case of forced Disappearance of person and Against Humanity, in which the Argentine State was responsable for the violation of several human rights to the detriment of four members of the Julien Grisonas family and other crimes perpetrated within the same context. The case indicates the reality of many women and girls who are victims and affected in society by lack of prosecution and punishment for the acts committed.
