| dc.description | Resumen: En el presente trabajo se conoce sobre el Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible ODS N° 8: Trabajo decente y crecimiento económico, se realiza un análisis jurídico de cuáles son las estrategias que se han implementado en Ecuador para contribuir en el cumplimento de este este objetivo; y, cuáles son las normas jurídicas que se relacionan con este ODS y su aplicabilidad en el caso N° 986-19-JP y acumulados. Así como aquellas contribuciones realizadas por organizaciones mundiales para el cumplimiento de este objetivo. También se realiza un análisis sobre la situación actual en el país respecto al trabajo decente y crecimiento económico, así como los desafíos encontrados para el cumplimiento de este objetivo y cómo la pandemia del COVID-19 afectó los avances del ODS 8. Se propondrán estrategias que ayudarán a superar los desafíos y permitirá el cumplimiento de este objetivo en el Ecuador. | es_ES |
