Abstract: Sentence No. 2113-15-EP/21 was chosen, since it is linked to sustainable development goal 16, which is responsible for advocating for peace, justice and solid institutions, in this work I propose to study in depth both elements through Constitutional law, since it is the subject of my preference and that I consider fundamental for the development of equitable societies, for the analysis of this research an exhaustive review of scientific articles and specialized literature has been carried out, both at the national level As an international, these sources have provided a solid theoretical framework and invaluable perspective, this topic was chosen due to its continued relevance in the community, the protection of human rights and the guarantee of fair processes, as they are fundamental pillars in our society , the study of this topic responds to the need to strengthen the capacities of institutions to work with efficiency and equity, it is essential that justice institutions are transparent and accessible to all, managing to promote public trust in judicial and legal systems, Therefore, this analysis seeks to contribute to the understanding and improvement of these appreciated institutions, underlining the importance of justice as a pillar of sustainable development and social well-being.
