| Abstract: | Abstract: In this work called "Academic preferences of law students and their link with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through the study of sentences", he has analyzed the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, focusing on SDG 16 that seeks to guarantee free access to justice and equality, fundamental rights of the human being, to the peace of peoples and the creation of solid institutions committed to their development; reaching the conclusion that it is consistent with the analysis of the judgment and choice of the matter of preference of the Civil field, referring to an appeal for cassation filed for the payment of a debt through a check; the same one that has made it possible to guarantee the right to equal justice. |
| Description: | Resumen: En el presente trabajo denominado Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencias , ha analizado los 17 Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, enfocándose en el ODS 16 que busca garantizar el acceso libre a la justicia e igualdad, derechos fundamentales del ser humano, a la paz de los pueblos y la creación de instituciones sólidas comprometidas para su desarrollo; llegando a la conclusión que tiene concordancia con el análisis de la sentencia y elección de la materia de preferencia del ámbito Civil, referente a un recurso de casación interpuesto por el pago de una deuda a través de un cheque; el mismo que ha permitido garantizar el derecho a una justicia igualitaria. |
