Abstract

Abstract: The research entitled Digital tools to facilitate the learning of English as a foreign language in students aged 7-9 years, raises the ways in which students continue to face difficulties in the practice of English despite the incursion of technology in the North Valley English Center academy. Its main purpose is to analyze the application of innovative didactic tools to facilitate the learning of English as a foreign language, as well as to determine if the use of technological tools encourages the learning of the language and to highlight the importance of these resources. The methodology used was a mixed approach, using both quantitative and qualitative methods. Survey and interview techniques were applied to inquire about the practice of teachers and students, to determine the impact of digital tools on pedagogical action. The results show that the pedagogical use of resources such as the interactive screen and interactive platforms or applications motivate students and help to improve students' academic performance. In summary, this research is aimed at proposing the use of technology in English language learning to improve the quality of students' education and improve teachers' performance by providing them with authentic tools satisfying current needs.
