Abstract

Abstract: This degree work is oriented towards the Academic Preferences of the Law School students and their link with the Sustainable Development Goals through the study of Sentences, helping to contribute to improvements projected until 2030. The linking of The Sustainable Development Goals in countries helps societies raise awareness about the importance of each of them. The Objective on which this research project will focus is SDG No. 3 promotes health and well-being and protects the rights to health and access to the health system. Sentence No. 1318-19-EP/23 is analyzed, within the present case the Constitutional Court accepts the extraordinary protection action presented against the order to archive the case issued by the District Court of Administrative Litigation based in the Metropolitan District of Quito, within the framework of a demand for exception to coercion. This Body finds the violation of the right to legal certainty and effective judicial protection of the plaintiff.
