| Abstract: | Abstract: This summary focuses on the topic: academic preferences of Law students and their connection with the Sustainable Development Goals through the study of sentences, this analysis examines knowing the academic preferences of students and in consideration of this The subject of Labor Law was selected in the ruling of November 26, 2018, at 3:51 p.m. in Case No. 11371¬2018¬00076 issued by the Court of the Civil and Commercial Chamber of the Provincial Court of Justice of Loja concerning the labor trial , where the defendant presents an appeal against the ruling issued by the Court of the Civil and Commercial Chamber of the Provincial Court of Justice of Loja on said date.; This ruling was linked to SDG 8. It was accompanied by legal files and various descriptive study methods essential to science. The result of the majority ruling overturned the first instance ruling and ordered that Ischelle Márquez pay the actors the following amounts: $4,432.98 to Hans Peter Donke (discounting $1,000.00) and $4,520.82 to Tanja Zirkle. |
| Description: | Resumen: Este resumen se centra en el tema: preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible a través del estudio de sentencias, este análisis examina el conocer las preferencias académicas de los estudiantes y en consideración a ello se seleccionó la materia de Derecho Laboral en la sentencia del 26 de noviembre de 2018, las 15h51 en el Juicio No 113712018-00076 expedida por el Tribunal de la Sala Civil y Mercantil de la Corte Provincial de Justicia de Loja concerniente al juicio laboral, donde la parte demandada presenta un recurso de casación contra la sentencia emitida por el Tribunal de la Sala Civil y Mercantil de la Corte Provincial de Justicia de Loja en dicha fecha.; esta sentencia se vinculó con el ODS 8. Se acompañó con fichas jurídicas y diversos métodos descriptivos de estudio esencial a las ciencias. El resultado de la sentencia de mayoría revocó la sentencia de primera instancia y ordenó que Ischelle Márquez pague a los actores las siguientes cantidades: $4,432.98 a Hans Peter Donke (descontando $1,000.00) y $4,520.82 a Tanja Zirkle. |
