Abstract: The purpose of the work on curricular integration is to analyze ruling No. 1095-20-EP/22, a case whose main theme is to critically and legally analyze the rulings that resolved a protection action that violated the rights to due process in the guarantee of motivation and legal certainty. Sentence issued by the Constitutional Court, this being the highest body for control and interpretation of constitutional justice, a case that is linked to the branch of Labor Law that regulates relations between workers and workers, and that guarantees full and complete compliance with the obligations of both parties involved. Under this content, this degree work is related to SDG 16, which promotes peaceful and inclusive societies that consider access to justice for all and the integration of societies that manage to satisfy their needs, in addition to the protection of the rights protected by this objective. . stories such as: legal certainty, access to quality justice, the right to effective judicial protection and the right to good public administration; areas that are linked to ruling No. 1095-20-EP/22, which in its content shows a deficit in the social structure, restrictions and lack of access to quality and safe justice.
