Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la Carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencia

Abstract

Abstract: In this research work, the relationship between the preferred topic, which in this case is Constitutional Law, is proposed, with the chosen sentence, which is the Extraordinary Action of Protection as an existing resource in the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, on the violation of constitutional rights and which in turn is related to the consistent Sustainable Development Goal, which is SDG16, which refers to the protection of Peace, Justice and Solid Institutions, understanding as solid institutions those that demonstrate efficiency in the adequate compliance of the Public Administration,and the services it must provide, specifically the Administration of Justice. To understand these three elements in greater detail, the doctrinal and legal framework that alludes to them is proposed in the theoretical framework, in order to clarify the issue. This is how a research document is presented that provides a critical analysis of real legal situations, demonstrating the value and skills of the subjects acquired by the student.
