Abstract: Abstract: The development of this research analyzes the pedagogical principles that support the planning of pre-professional teaching practice in Basic Education at the UTPL, a variety of conceptions about pedagogy, models, approaches and strategies are shown with their exponents in teaching practice. where its importance and relevance are allowed to be expressed in a concrete way. The methodology used was a quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional approach. Two instruments were used, with Likert scales, which measured dimensions based on learning objectives, teaching strategies, resources and evaluation techniques. 10 curricular plans were used as the population and study sample, which allowed delving into the different areas of knowledge such as Mathematics, Language and Literature, Natural Sciences, Social Sciences and Cultural and Artistic Education. These work instruments were developed by various students who carry out Practicum II, which were designed according to the guidelines of the Planning Department of the Ministry of Education and Culture. The development of these work instruments was carried out by UTPL students, under the guidelines of the authorities of the Ministry of Education in accordance with quality standards. This information was managed through descriptive statistics, which were subsequently generated in Tables and Graphs, to have a better perspective of the information obtained and thus promote educational quality. It is concluded that through the execution of this investigative work, the process of developing the various curricular plans that are carried out, a better alignment with the pedagogical principles was achieved, and thus obtaining a better academic understanding for teachers.
Description: Resumen: El desarrollo de la presente investigación analiza los principios pedagógicos que sustentan la planificación de la práctica pre - profesional docente en Educación Básica de la UTPL, se muestran una variedad de concepciones sobre pedagogía, modelos, enfoques y estrategias con sus exponentes em la práctica docente, donde se permite plasmar de manera concreta su importancia y relevancia. La metodología empleada fue de enfoque cuantitativo, de carácter descriptivo, de corte transversal. Se emplearon dos instrumentos, con escalas de Likert, los cuales midieron dimensiones basados en objetivos de aprendizaje, estrategias didácticas, recursos y técnicas de evaluación. Se utilizó como población y muestra de estudio 10 planificaciones curriculares, las cuales permitieron ahondar en las distintas áreas del conocimiento como Matemáticas y Lengua y Literatura. La elaboración de estos instrumentos de trabajo fueron realizados por estudiantes de la UTPL, bajo los lineamientos de las autoridades del Ministerio de Educación. Esta información fue manejada a través de la estadística descritiva, que posteriormente se generó Tablas y Gráficos, para tener una mejor perspectiva de la informacion obtenida y así promover la calidad educativa.
