Abstract

Abstract: Gender equality as a Sustainable Development Goal, attempts to project a world where situations and events that we currently see happening daily are not experienced, promoting the same rights for all, eradicating violence against women, girls and adolescents. In the sentence which has been analyzed in this investigation, one of the many cases of violence against women is presented, and cases that occur every day and that even though there are regulatory laws to penalize these cases, the magnitude of this problem and achieving justice in these cases of violence is null; There are hundreds of cases that go unpunished and hundreds of cases that are not reported for fear of re-victimization and for exposing themselves so that justice does nothing, and they are subjected to exhausting processes in which they only have to re-victimize themselves and only with the slightest possibility of being believed. Eradicating violence must be a topic of greatest relevance within state projects, guaranteeing and protecting the rights of women and creating support systems for those who have been victims of violence.
