Abstract

Abstract: The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) represent a mechanism for action toward the achievement of human rights, which in turn contributes to the development of mechanisms to ensure the right to life, health, equality and non-discrimination, the maintenance of family unity, access to effective justice and reparation, as well as the principles of the best interests of children and adolescents and non-refoulement, in the context of people in situations of human mobility and their families. This analysis is part of the UTPL, using various legal methodologies such as the study of judgments by extracting relevant information from them, and its link to Sustainable Development Goal 3, which seeks to guarantee and promote health for all people, regardless of age, by implementing direct actions to facilitate access to health services. The findings of this study highlight the importance of strengthening public policies and developing more effective approaches to address these inequalities in access to healthcare and pharmaceutical resources.
