Abstract

Abstract: This research paper is highly relevant as it relates to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which were adopted by the United Nations with a common aim of eradicating extreme poverty and inequality, while also seeking to contribute to and build peaceful, just, and inclusive societies to achieve these ideals. The paper will provide a general analysis of the Sustainable Development Goals, placing greater emphasis on a specific goal, which is Sustainable Development Goal 05. This will involve studying the ruling and associating it with the student s chosen subject, which is Constitutional Law. The research will examine doctrinal and legal references. Additionally, it will compare and link Sustainable Development Goal 05 with the ruling, national and international justice systems, such as the National Court of Justice, the Constitutional Court, and the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. The analysis will focus on trends, innovations, and perspectives in the context of COVID-19, as well as whether public policies enable the fulfillment of the Sustainable Development Goals.
