| dc.description | Resumen: El objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación está enfocado en analizar el vínculo existente entre los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible de la Agenda 2030 y la sentencia emitida por la Corte Constitucional, al declarar la vulneración de los derechos a la salud, proyecto de vida y el debido proceso en la garantía de la motivación de las sentencias de primera y segunda instancia de la justicia ordinaria. De manera esencial, nos centraremos en los derechos tutelados por el ODS 16 en relación con el Derecho Constitucional, que es una rama del Derecho Público y norma suprema que vigila el correcto funcionamiento de las instituciones políticas del estado en armonía con las garantías del ser humano y el orden público. Por tal razón, analizaremos el escenario jurídico respecto al acceso a la justicia de calidad por medio de instituciones sólidas, en convenio con las obligaciones normativas internacionales para la efectividad en el cumplimiento de los derechos fundamentales. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: The objective of this research work is focused on analyzing the link between the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda and the ruling issued by the Constitutional Court, when declaring the violation of the rights to health, life project and due process in guaranteeing the motivation of first and second instance sentences of ordinary justice. Essentially, we will focus on the rights protected by ODS 16 in relation to Constitutional Law, which is a branch of Public Law and supreme norm that monitors the correct functioning of the political institutions of the state in harmony with the guarantees of the human being and public order. For this reason, we will analyze the legal scenario regarding access to quality justice through solid institutions, in agreement with international regulatory obligations for the effectiveness of compliance with fundamental rights. | es_ES |
