Abstract

Abstract:A general analysis of the Sustainable Development Goals is carried out, aimed at the planning and implementation of 17 goals and 169 targets established in order to eradicate inequality, poverty, protect the environment and guarantee the prosperity of society in general by promoting solutions that benefit current and future generations. In this context, it has been identified that SDG No. 16 referring to "Peace, Justice and Solid Institutions" seeks to promote social welfare without any type of discrimination by facilitating access to justice, creating effective and accountable institutions, which will allow their management to be transparent and consequently confidence in their impartial administration in accordance with the law, thus we have evidenced the focus of this objective and its relationship and contribution with the case that has been identified for the present analysis in criminal matters. Finally, the factors that hinder the development of society and the actions that the State should consider to address these problems in order to build inclusive and sustainable policies towards a peaceful society.
