Abstract: For the preparation of this research work, we have sought to link to ruling No. 179-16-SEP-CC in terms of the rights that it analyzes and under resolution they intend to be restored to the plaintiff through the extraordinary protection action that this raises, in turn with regard to the link with the matter of preference in compliance with the objectives that this work proposes, it is linked to criminal law, since this branch is the one that links rights with the motivation of judges in the sentence, and based on this premise, the link with the Sustainable Development Goals is developed, establishing their importance and significance, which helps to choose which of the 17 SDGs. It meets the requirements to be related, which is why sustainable development objective No. 16 is addressed by determining that its goals and scope cover the needs stated in the ruling and in addition it protects the same rights and includes the subject of criminal law as a need to be covered to achieve the objectives of both this project and the planning itself and allowing through these to understand and present a solid analysis.
