Abstract

Abstract: The general objective of this research was to know the factors that come together in the UTPL Law Degree Graduate to develop preferences for specific areas of legal science and their future specialization in these. In the same way, an in-depth analysis of the Sustainable Development Goal, which were created by the United Nations Organization with the central idea of reducing the main problems that existed worldwide by the year 2015, which is why a document was proposed at the Sustainable Development Summit of that same year constant of 17 objectives, made up of indicators and goals, with the purpose of reducing gender inequality, hunger, lack of education at an early age, guaranteeing the Human Rights of the world population, as well as protecting the rights of the environmen. In a specific way, Development Goal number 16 entitled peace, justice and solid institutions was analyzed, as well as an analysis of the National Plan 2024-2025 linking it to this development objective.
