Abstract

Abstract: The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are goals established in the 2030 Agenda, which seeks to address challenges facing the world through the fulfillment of the 17 goals, whose purpose is that by the year 2030 the world population will have ended poverty, corruption and more social phenomena that hinder good living. Thus, my degree work is linked to SDG 16, which refers to peace, justice and solid institutions, therefore, the ruling under study, which was reviewed and analyzed by the Constitutional Court, determined the violation of rights to the cadet Jesica Tatiana Coronel Silva, because the Eloy Alfaro Military Superior School dismissed her from the Institution for being pregnant. With the study of the sentence described above, the general objective of this research was met, to know the factors that come together in the UTPL Law Graduate to develop preferences for specific areas of legal science and their future specialization in these.
