Abstract

Abstract: The present research work allows to establish the academic preferences of the law student and future lawyer, through the relationship between the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations with resolutions issued by a competent judge, in this situation it is expected as the main objective to know the factors that influence the choice of certain areas, based on the review and study of specific cases based on their relationship with judicial decisions issued by a competent judge, in this case, the Constitutional Court. It should be noted that this Goal allows for the creation, by 2030, of a health system that guarantees a dignified life for the people of the world, especially those living in poor nations and sectors. The context of the work is linked to the physical and health situation of persons deprived of liberty, who have initiated habeas corpus proceedings. From the qualitative methodology and the study of cases, a judgment of the Constitutional Court has been chosen, to examine it and understand the jurisdictional scope of what should have been complied with on the issue in question.
