Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of the work is to understand, through the study of Sentences, the preferences of UTPL Law graduates towards the specific fields of legal sciences and the factors that influence their future specialization and compliance with the Sustainable Development Goals. (SDG). In this sense, the investigation focuses on analyzing Sentence No. 1443-18-EP/22 issued by the Constitutional Court of Justice on a case of an extraordinary protection action, for an alleged crime of abuse of trust, finding the suspect designated as guilty within the criminal process in the second instance, linked to SDG 16. Within the methodology used is the qualitative approach with the combination of the deductive, dogmatic and analytical-synthetic method; in addition to the management of the technique of analysis of norms that serve as a guideline. In conclusion, it is understood that by achieving SDG 16 we can have a better and fairer world by having solid institutions committed to equality and social justice; accompanied by work with public administrations.
