Abstract

Abstract: This work presents results related to the problem, objectives, and hypotheses posed, establishing concordance with the questions formulated in the information sheet and the variables preliminarily indicated. It highlights the advantages and limitations of the research, addressing questions on how this study can socially and legally contribute to improving the social and professional environment. Legal research applies reflective, systematic, controlled, critical, and creative procedures with the objective of searching, investigating, and studying norms, facts, and values, considering the dynamics of sociopolitical, economic, and cultural changes. This has been carried out according to valid methodological guidelines to examine legal phenomena and identify cultural, ideological, structural, and social shortcomings and limitations that may provoke changes in the academic and professional levels concerning the study and practice of the selected subject. The situational state of national public policy would contribute to the fulfillment of the selected SDG, and the judicial decision adopted contributes to strengthening the justice system and the protection of rights.
