Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research work is to develop a web application that helps small automotive service workshops to manage their services more efficiently, it will also help to optimize times, allowing them to generate income shifts and guaranteeing compliance with established delivery times, in order to achieve the stated objectives, web application development technologies and Software Engineering processes will be applied, in the first instance the user requirements will be analyzed to later design the modules that will provide a solution to the problem raised, all framed in the agile Scrum methodology, once the development of the web application is completed, the implementation and testing will be carried out.
