| dc.description | Resumen: El presente trabajo de investigación explora la conexión entre la carrera de Derecho y los 17 Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS), enfocándose en el ODS 15 que aborda la vida de los ecosistemas terrestres. A través de la asignatura de Derecho Ambiental, se investiga la conservación y el uso sostenible de la naturaleza, seleccionando el caso de la sentencia N.º 270-17-SEP-CC. Este caso involucra una acción extraordinaria de protección por presunta vulneración de derechos constitucionales y garantías del debido proceso en contra del Ministerio del Ambiente, relacionado con el transporte ilegal de productos forestales. La investigación resalta la importancia de una adecuada asesoría legal y la educación en la legislación ambiental para proteger los derechos de los ciudadanos. La Ley Forestal de Ecuador y la gestión sostenible de los recursos naturales son elementos clave para garantizar la conservación ambiental y la protección de la biodiversidad. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: This research work explores the connection between a law degree and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), focusing on SDG 15, which addresses the life of terrestrial ecosystems. Through the subject of Environmental Law, the conservation and sustainable use of nature is investigated, selecting the case of ruling No. 270-17-SEP-CC. This case involves an extraordinary protection action for alleged violation of constitutional rights and guarantees of due process against the Ministry of the Environment, related to the illegal transportation of forest products. The research highlights the importance of adequate legal advice and education in environmental legislation to protect the rights of citizens. The Forest Law of Ecuador and the sustainable management of natural resources are key elements to guarantee environmental conservation and the protection of biodiversity. | es_ES |
