Prevalencia de la salud mental, capital psicológico y satisfacción laboral en trabajadores ecuatorianos al Norte de Quito

Abstract

Abstract: The present research entitled Prevalence of mental health, psychological capital and job satisfaction in Ecuadorian workers north of Quito, which had as its general objective to determine the prevalence of mental health, psychological capital and job satisfaction in Ecuadorian workers in the North sector of the city of Quito, during the year 2024, this study was carried out in the Mercantile Registry with Headquarters North of Quito, applying a quantitative experimental study, in order to analyze the behavior of certain facts through the manipulation of variables, applying this a sample of 62 was obtained, to whom a certain number of psychological instruments were applied, that is: the depression, anxiety and stress scale (DASS - 21), Job Satisfaction Scale and Psychological Capital PCQ-24, resulting in the absence of depression and stress, presenting high and positive levels of psychological capital and job satisfaction, where the positivism, commitment, performance and development of workers in the work environment have been evidenced.
