| Abstract: | Abstract: Environmental rights have been violated over the decades, which have gone unnoticed by society and justice; however, there are different regulations that aim to stop this catastrophic action. This research is developed with the objective of knowing how we can counteract the damage that is generated to ecosystems and on what plans and regulatory regulations to base ourselves to meet the objective; Through its development, the importance of the Sustainable Development Goals is known, specifically with SDG 15, which focuses on Life on terrestrial ecosystems , and, establishing it as a basis to link it with a selection sentence of the student being case No. 2167-21-EP which we analyzed focusing on Environmental Law, allowing us to know the rights that our Magna Carta guarantees us such as the right to a healthy environment, the right to a safe habitat, the right to water, rights of nature and more. Its development allows us to know what is the link that environmental law has with the rights of nature. |
| Description: | Resumen: Se han vulnerado derechos ambientales a través de las décadas, los cuales han sido desapercibidos por la sociedad y la justicia, sin embargo, existen diferentes normativas que tienen el objetivo de frenar esta catastrófica acción. La presente investigación se desarrolla con el objetivo de conocer cómo podemos contrarrestar el daño que se genera a los ecosistemas y en qué planes, normativas reguladoras basarnos para cumplir el objetivo; mediante el desarrollo de misma se conoce la importancia que tienen los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, específicamente con el ODS 15, el cual se centra en Vida de ecosistemas terrestres , y, estableciéndola a manera de base para vincularla con una sentencia de selección del estudiante siendo el caso No. 2167-21-EP la cual la analizamos enfocándonos en el Derecho Ambiental, permitiéndonos conocer los derechos que nos garantiza nuestra carta magna como el derecho a un ambiente sano, el derecho a un hábitat seguro, derecho al agua, derechos de la naturaleza y más. El desarrollo de la misma nos permite conocer cuál es el nexo que tiene el derecho ambiental con los derechos de la naturaleza. |
