| Abstract: | Abstract: The present research seeks to investigate the academic preferences of Law students by linking the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) established by the United Nations Organization and the study of cases through Sentences having as the main objective is to know the factors that come together in the UTPL Law Graduate to develop preferences for specific areas of legal science and their future specialization in these. This work links the preferred matter, which in this case is Intellectual Property, SDG No. 16, which deals with Peace, Justice and Solid Institutions, and its relationship with ruling No. 446-19-EP/24, of the CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF ECUADOR, where the violation of different Rights by Public Institutions is analyzed and how the Constitutional Court of Ecuador acts in this process. The current project will be carried out under the systematic method. Finally, through this study we will analyze the relationship between the sentence and the SDG, its methodology and current reality. |
| Description: | Resumen: La presente investigación busca indagar acerca de las preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la carrera de Derecho y su vinculación de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) establecidos por la Organización de las Naciones Unidas y el estudio de casos a través de Sentencias teniendo como principal objetivo el conocer los factores que confluyen en el Egresado de la Carrera de Derecho de la UTPL para desarrollar preferencias por áreas específicas de la ciencia jurídica y su futura especialización en éstas. El presente trabajo vincula la materia de preferencia que en este caso es la de Propiedad Intelectual, el ODS No. 16 que trata sobre la Paz, Justicia e Instituciones sólidas y su relación con la sentencia No. 446-19-EP/24, de la CORTE CONSTITUCIONAL DEL ECUADOR, en donde se analiza la vulneración de distintos Derechos por parte de Instituciones Públicas y el cómo la Corte Constitucional del Ecuador actúa en este proceso. El actual proyecto se llevará bajo el método sistemático. Finalmente, a través del presente estudio analizaremos la relación entre la sentencia y el ODS, su metodología y realidad actual. |
