Abstract: The curricular degree work consists of important parameters to analyze and interpret through the standard in the study of constitutional law, which is vitally important to understand the existing relationship with the SDG, number 16, peace, justice, and solid institutions in relation to the chosen study sentence and to the constitutional law, which is implicitly found in the work. In this way, the problem of the sentence will also be addressed, in connection with the SDG, its causes, consequences and the obstacles that prevent its adequate realization, raised in turn by the UN, in compliance with the other sustainable development goals. planned for the execution of the 2030 Agenda. At the same time, solutions will be expressed to the obstacles of the SDG,(16), with the purpose of fulfilling the rights protected therein, which is why to carry out the investigation, doctrine and jurisprudence will be provided in protection of the aforementioned rights which will allow legal scholars or professionals to have a broad concept and strategies that they provide to provide solutions in support of the SDG, and in its fulfillment.
