Abstract

Abstract: The sustainable development goals are focused on the development of the balance of social sustainability, seeking to eradicate poverty, protecting the planet to ensure the welfare of society in general; thus the goal that is focused on the good of the community and that is of fundamental importance for this research work is the SDG number 16, and its purpose is to ensure peace, justice and strong institutions through the protection of the rights that protect them which are: access to quality justice, legal security, effective judicial protection, rights of participation, communication and information, and the right to good public administration. Under this, an analysis has been made with doctrinal and legal references in order to determine in depth the context of this ODS and linking it with the sentence of study. By means of this work and with the research that was carried out, supported by the systematic method that contributes in an important way in terms of the relationship of the subject that in this case is related to criminal law with legal institutions such as rights and their link with the objectives of sustainable development through the analysis of sentences.
