Abstract: The quality and capacity of the legal professional is increasingly necessary in a globalized world, where the factors that come together in the UTPL Law Graduate can be known to develop preferences for specific areas of legal science and its future specialization in these, which constitutes a significant contribution not only to the academy but to the person himself as a legal professional, which will positively affect the administration of justice, the entire legal group as well as the country that considers future prosperity and quality of life. A systematic, deductive theoretical, exploratory socio-legal methodology was used, applying analysis and synthesis in an exegetical manner, the more there is professional ethics and the capacity for legal analysis applied to problems of international magnitude, the more we can achieve prosperous and sustainable societies. that when they join they do not repeat the same agendas or realize that they are not complying with them due to lack of professional will or incompetence when applying legal knowledge.
