| Abstract: | Abstract: The Project is developed from the intermediate spaces in rural housing in the province of Loja, around processes by which self-built housing is developed, considering rural architecture as the main reference, both in materiality, formal composition, spatial, construction techniques, allowing the application of sustainable strategies in terms of existing resources and available labor. For this purpose, an analysis of two case studies of rural housing in the province of Loja, located in two different cantons, is carried out, thus considering the development of typologies based on their context, information that works as a basis for defining the prototype of housing to be designed, taking into account the design criteria with which they were developed and thus defining important strategies for the development of the proposal. The proposal is designed based on the spatial, formal, and constructive criteria that the analyzed houses were elaborated with. Adapting to the topographic conditions and built with material that does not affect the context, but rather, together with the intermediate spaces are unified to their physical, natural, and anthropic environment. |
| Description: | Resumen: El proyecto se desarrolla a partir de los espacios intermedios en la vivienda rural de provincia de Loja, alrededor de procesos por los cuales se desarrollan las viviendas autoconstruidas, considerando la arquitectura rural como principal referente, tanto en materialidad, composición formal, espacial, técnicas constructivas, permitiendo aplicar estrategias sostenibles en cuanto a recursos existentes y mano de obra disponibles. Para esto se realiza el análisis de dos casos de estudio de viviendas rurales de la provincia de Loja, ubicados en dos distintos cantones, de esta manera se considera el desarrollo de las tipologías a partir de su contexto, información que funciona como base para definir el prototipo de vivienda a diseñar, tomando en cuenta los criterios de diseño con las que fueron desarrolladas y así definir estrategias importantes para el desarrollo de la propuesta. La propuesta se diseña en base a los criterios espaciales, formales y constructivos que fueron elaboradas las viviendas analizadas, adaptándose a las condiciones topográficas y construidas con materiales que no afecten al contexto, más bien, junto a los espacios intermedios se unifiquen a su entorno físico, natural y antrópico. |
