| Abstract: | Abstract: This investigation takes its course in the interest in cases related to Human Rights that captures attention for representing the fundamental ideals of freedom, justice and peace, human beings are born free endowed with conscience in a society where they must behave towards each other, the sentence chosen with direct incidence in the link with the Sustainable Development Goals especially in No. 5, No. 10 and No. 16 for representing gender equality where women have taken their space for political participation by ending various forms of discrimination with inclusive legal frameworks and guarantees ists reducing inequalities and thus promoting social inclusion that build peace, justice and solid institutions contributing to the commitment to fulfill the ODS. |
| Description: | Resumen: Esta investigación toma su curso en el interés por casos relacionados a los Derechos Humanos que capta la atención por representar los ideales fundamentales de libertad, justicia y paz, los seres humanos nacen libres dotados de conciencia en una sociedad donde deben comportarse los unos con los otros, la sentencia escogida con incidencia directa en la vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible especialmente en los Nro. 5, Nro. 10 y Nro. 16 por representar la igualdad de género donde las mujeres han tomado su espacio de participación política al poner fin a varias formas de discriminación con marcos jurídicos incluyentes y garantistas reduciendo las desigualdades y así promover la inclusión social que construyen paz, justicia e instituciones sólidas aportando al compromiso del cumplimiento de los ODS. |
