Abstract

Abstract: Objectives and background of the sustainable development 3, in relation with the judgment in study, with the health right, and the different groups of priority attention included in this SDG. International treaties that support this objective, (3) cooperating companies at national level in Ecuador. Study of the chosen judgment in study from the beginning of the judicial approach to the culmination of it, taking in account the guaranty and reparation measurements for N.N. Materials, methods general and specific objectives, hypothesis, methodology, research technologies and bibliographic reports of the aforementioned judgment. Innovative tendencies and constitutional law perspectives in relation with the covid 19 pandemic, by like the commitments for accomplish the sustainable development objective 3, with its respective recommendations, conclusions and references.
