Innovación social en territorio, un análisis mediante la herramienta de gestión del PDOT 2020 - 2033 2033 del componente económico del cantón Esmeraldas

Abstract

Abstract: The Development and Land Management Plan (PDOT) guides the GAD of the canton of Esmeraldas to interventions based on the needs of the population according to a territorial planning (2020-2033). Converges in the execution of programs and projects, which through accountability the competent authority discloses the results of the executed projects. For this work, through a documentary review and secondary sources, we have taken into consideration the economic-productive component of the PDOT, as objective to determine the social innovation in the Canton using the updated PDOT as a tool for analysis of the management and implementation in the territory. In this context, the research has a descriptive perspective, of qualitative and quantitative character, of documentary type. With review and analysis of social innovation in the territory in execution of projects. The results show that documentary and results management of the GAD should be strengthened, also in improving its processes and interventions, consideration an integral system of social innovation that allows to cover aspects of education, value systems and innovative practices in production.
