Abstract

Abstract: Sustainable Development Goal 16, Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, has the main objective of promoting peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development and facilitating access to justice. With these interests in mind, the legal system is analyzed, precisely to build effective, accountable, and inclusive institutions without distinction. Furthermore, initiatives and recommendations are addressed that ensure that Sustainable Development Goal 16 seeks to substantially reduce all forms of violence and create the rule of law. Therefore, its objective is to work with governments and justice bodies to find lasting solutions to security conflicts. Likewise, the study of the ruling issued by the Constitutional Court, which uses effective technologies, contributes to the full application of justice specifically in human rights issues. Therefore, it provides immediate assistance, instilling confidence in state justice systems. Thus, access to justice creates a legal framework that ensures a world of equality and peace for all generations.
