| Description: | Resumen:En este caso vamos a hacer un análisis muy profundo de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible en este caso para que puedan implementar los gobiernos tomando en consideración de la restricción y su cumplimiento. A su vez tenemos una relación con el Ods 16 Paz, Justicia e instituciones sólidas con la sentencia de caso Moya Solís vs Perú que fue llevada a la corte inter americana de derechos humanos el método de análisis y síntesis de la misma manera se incorporado el análisis de las disposiciones legales y doctrina que se vincula con los derechos protegidos que tiene el ODS 16 se hace una revisión profunda a la normativa en si, como referencias legales en y doctrina que hagan una similitud a los derechos protegidos del ODS 16 de la misma manera se puede considerar hacer un análisis de la normativa internacional que puede ser las doctrinas y referencias legales. En caso para poder llegar a la finalización, de este ejercicio debemos introducir temas en la legislación el análisis realizado a fuero del desarrollo sostenible para poder en si realizar un análisis del Ods.In this case, we will conduct a very in-depth analysis of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) so that governments can implement them, taking into account the restriction and their compliance. We also have a relationship with SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, with the ruling in the Moya Solís vs. Peru case, which was brought before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. The analysis and synthesis method also incorporates an analysis of the legal provisions and doctrine that are linked to the rights protected by SDG 16. A thorough review is made of the regulations themselves, including legal references and doctrine that resemble the rights protected by SDG 16. Likewise, an analysis of international regulations, including doctrines and legal references, may be considered. In order to complete this exercise, we must introduce topics into the legislation, including the analysis carried out on sustainable development, in order to conduct an analysis of the SDGs. |
