| Abstract: | Abstract: In recent years, Ecuador has been in the midst of a growing economic and social crisis. As a result, the economic proposals, economic policies, and actions of President Daniel Noboa have generated uncertainty about how they have been implemented and whether there has been a development between the proposals as a candidate and the measures implemented as president. Based on this, the objective of this research is to analyze the economic plan of Daniel Noboa's administration during the 2024-2025 term. To achieve this objective, the methodology employed was a qualitative approach, with descriptive and documentary research as research types, and the inductive research method, utilizing the document collection technique of economic laws submitted to and approved by the National Assembly, executive decrees, news articles, and other official documents. In conclusion, the results indicate that, although there was a reformulation among the candidate proposals, the PDNE policies, and the actions implemented, in general, the same objectives were still pursued, albeit in different forms and executions. |
| Description: | Resumen:En los últimos años, Ecuador ha estado en medio de una creciente crisis económico-social, ante esto, las propuestas económicas, políticas económicas y acciones del presidente Daniel Noboa han generado incertidumbre sobre cómo se han ejecutado y si ha existido una evolución entre las propuestas como candidato y las medidas implementadas como presidente. En base a esto, el objetivo de esta investigación es analizar el plan económico del gobierno de Daniel Noboa durante el periodo de 2024-2025. Para logar cumplir con esto, la metodología empleada fue la de enfoque cualitativo, la investigación descriptiva y documental como tipos de investigación y el método de investigación inductivo, utilizando la técnica de recolección documental de las leyes de carácter económico enviadas y aprobadas por la Asamblea Nacional, decretos ejecutivos, notas periodísticas y otros documentos oficiales. Como conclusión, los resultados indican que, si bien existió una reformulación entre las propuestas como candidato, las políticas del PDNE y las acciones que se implementaron, en general se seguían persiguiendo los mismos objetivos, aunque en diferente forma y ejecución. |
