Abstract: Investigative methods in the development of legal learning have played an important strategy in that they allow several objective themes to be brought together to reach a coherent result whether in the academic, work, investigative, informative field, of which in the development of this project not simply It collects more information than specified but also recognizes errors in the legal environment because it allows the student to investigate from another point of view the various substantiations granted by the various judicial bodies, however it entails the theoretical, methodical, professional application in the study of the sentences and of that way to link any aspect or right violated with the various Sustainable Development Goals; (SDG), developed in 2015 by the United Nations (UN); and that consequently, it will be possible to better visualize and understand the most favorable interpretation and discern certain legal aspects of which we can become aware, the different shortcomings that could result from a poor analysis or interpretation, as we test our investigative procedure and structure appropriately in favor of law and justice.
