Abstract: This project allows us to know the factors that come together in the Graduate of the Law Degree of the UTPL to develop preferences for specific areas of legal science and their future specialization in these. Through an exercise, the author of this project will correlate the subject of his preference, a sentence whose subject refers to the chosen subject and the objective of the SDG that he believes is appropriate to the violated right of the sentence. In this research, the subject of Labor Law is related to the sentence 725-15-JP / 23, where an elderly lady has her retirement values withheld, that is, her social security is violated, which is a right in the area of labor law, and how this right violated in the sentence is appropriate to the right that would protect SDG objective no. 8., this objective is called promoting inclusive and sustainable economic growth, employment and decent work for all, sustainable work. The content compiled theoretical information, reflected research methods, offered results and given conclusions and recommendations.
