Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la Carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencia

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this curricular integration work is to analyze in an analytical, critical and legal manner the Ruling of the Constitutional Court of Ecuador, pertaining to criminal procedural matters by means of an Extraordinary Action of Protection that challenges the order of inadmissibility of the criminal cassation appeal; In turn, this is directly linked to the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) N°16, its purpose is to provide solid environments or institutions where societies exist, fair and peaceful that can work for the good of the community issuing the premise of equity and justice, respecting our national regulations. This research unifies criteria of the criminal cassation recourse; the violation of the same together with the due process as well as the rights it protects: Right to appeal, to the defense in all procedural stages, to be heard in equal conditions, to the motivation of resolutions and the right to effective judicial protection. In the same way; in this work it couples national and international statutes together with its doctrinal arguments per se, encompassing justice within the criminal procedural field.
