Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze Constitutional Court Ruling No. 1095-20-EP/22, which violated the guarantee of due process and declared a violation of the plaintiff's right to special protection as a vulnerable person. The objective of this analysis is to study how the ruling contributes to the country's development, evaluate whether it aligns with the objectives established in the National Development Plan, and analyze the ruling's connection to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the field of Administrative Law. The methodology employed is a systematic approach, where information is organized and sequential, using a theoretical-deductive method to establish a link between law and social and economic problems. The analysis and synthesis method is used to resolve the motivational elements of the selected ruling. Finally, the exegetical method is used to obtain information at an explanatory level. It was identified how this field of law can influence the student's training in the program, guiding their interests toward future specialization. It is established how knowledge of this specific area can contribute to conflict resolution in society.
