Abstract

Abstract: This research work includes an analysis of the right to health of children and adolescents in conditions of double vulnerability, aims to identify the legal analysis of the right to health as one of the fundamental rights inherent to every person, as well as the obligation of the State to provide special and timely care to those who are part of the priority care group, which prevents them from enjoying the effective enjoyment of constitutional rights enshrined in Ecuadorian regulations, as well as in various international instruments. The Constitutional Court, in rulings such as No. 068-18-SEP-CC, has ratified the State's obligation to provide enhanced protection to vulnerable children, this research examines the real scope of the right to health in contexts of double vulnerability through a qualitative methodology, with hermeneutic and constitutional analysis, seeking to contribute in depth to the issue addressed with a critical and reflective approach, useful for legal operators and human rights defenders in strengthening constitutional guarantees.
