Abstract: This work serves as support to understand, analyze, and reflect on the links that are formed in the area of ​​law, which are more common than we believe. In this case, we address the direct link that occurs between the sentence no. 832-20-JP/21, Action for protection against private individuals and standards for the execution of public deeds of sale of property of older adults, the subject of Constitutional Law and Sustainable Development Goal No. 16 Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, the judgment under study of this work, exposes the violation of the rights protected by this Sustainable Development Goal, specifically effective judicial protection, it is important to address all the aspects of the issue, to know the impediments or facilities that arise for the fulfillment of the goal, its importance, the current state at the national and global level, and likewise the progress or stagnation that has been suffered in the social and legal framework, the doctrinal and legal references that exist regarding the issue and once with all this information to achieve an understanding of the topic.
