Abstract

Abstract: he present research highlights the lack of provision of social security services and employer irresponsibility concerning the reality of Ecuador. Additionally, it points out the high rate of violation of constitutional rights such as the right to social security, dignified life, priority care, and access to public goods and services that social security affiliates in our country suffer, as well as the social and emotional harm caused by this noncompliance. The source of research used and thoroughly analyzed is judgment No. 1024-19-JP/21, finalized by the Constitutional Court; and, Sustainable Development Goal No. 3. This research demonstrated the colossal inefficiency of the health and social security system and the effect produced by employer default, as well as the legal treatment of responsibility or sanction in the absence of service compliance. The main objective of this research was: To understand the factors that converge in the graduates of the Law Degree at UTPL to develop preferences for specific areas of legal science and their future specialization in these areas. Additionally, the influence that affiliated workers may have was revealed. This research is of a bibliographic nature because the main sources for its development were the aforementioned ruling, published articles, books, among others.
