Abstract: In this research, it has been proposed, through the relationship of three elements, such as the preferred subject, which is Constitutional Law, the study ruling issued by the Constitutional Court and the Objective of Sustainable Development, with which it is related, which is SDG 8, which protects the right to work, demonstrates the ability of the law graduate to carry out legal analyzes of real situations that have occurred in this area through the skills acquired in the aforementioned subject. within society, and issue their opinion on the resolution studied, which is achieved through the methodology used, which allows reaching conclusive results on the academic preferences that the aforementioned graduate has and their projection to achieve a future job. Which must be considered in the field of law with which it has the greatest affinity. In this study, a bibliographic analysis of the elements of the 2030 Agenda and its current situation at the international and national level is also carried out.
