Abstract

Abstract: An analysis is presented of a ruling based on the subject of Constitutional Law, which was issued by the Constitutional Court where an extraordinary action for protection is filed, due to the lack of a draw to resolve the cassation ordered. This is related to SDG 16, which states the protection of peace, justice, and strong institutions, given the fact that the ruling is based on the violation of the constitutional rights to due process and legal certainty, causing loss of time and money to the intervening parties, demonstrating disturbance of social peace; and, lack of efficiency of the National Court of Justice, which issued the ruling against which this action was filed. Likewise, the pertinent literature is established, both from the doctrinal and legal perspectives, on the SDGs and specifically on SDG 16. The necessary methodology for the research and analysis of the results is established, as well as the discussion, which lead to conclusions and recommendations, complying with the established objectives and responding to the problems.
