Abstract

Abstract: The main topic of this research is Academic preferences of Law students and their connection with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) through the study of sentences. And as a general objective, to know the factors that come together in the UTPL Law Graduate to develop preferences for specific areas of legal science and their future specialization in these. Given the case and compliance with the general objective, preference arises in the study and analysis of Sentence No. 2167-21-EP/22 issued by the Plenary Session of the Constitutional Court of Ecuador, in Quito, D.M., on January 19, 2022. For its study, the theoretical-deductive method is used and the techniques used for the development of the work were the recording and the study of sentences through online research. Finally, we conclude that due to a lack of motivation and an adequate procedure on the part of the judges, the rights to a fair trial are violated.
