| Abstract: | Abstract: This curricular integration work aims to analyze the academic preferences of the law students at the Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja (UTPL) and their connection to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, through the study of court rulings. By thoroughly analyzing judicial decisions, the study seeks to identify how students' trends and values align with principles such as access to quality justice, legal certainty, and effective judicial protection. The study is crucial for the comprehensive training of future lawyers, as it enables them to understand the role of a robust and accessible legal system in building an equitable and sustainable society. Moreover, this work reflects UTPL's commitment to education and the promotion of just and effective institutions that contribute to a more inclusive and rights-respecting future from a legal perspective. |
| Description: | Resumen: Este trabajo de integración curricular tiene como objetivo analizar las preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la Carrera de Derecho de la Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja (UTPL) y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS), específicamente el ODS 16: Paz, Justicia e Instituciones Sólidas, a través del estudio de sentencias. Mediante un análisis detallado de decisiones judiciales, se busca identificar cómo las tendencias y valores del alumnado se alinean con principios como el acceso a justicia de calidad, la seguridad jurídica y la tutela judicial efectiva. El estudio es fundamental para la formación integral del futuro abogado, ya que permite comprender la importancia de un sistema jurídico sólido y accesible en la construcción de una sociedad equitativa y sostenible. Además, este trabajo refleja el compromiso de la UTPL con la educación y con la promoción de instituciones justas y eficaces que contribuyan a un futuro más inclusivo y respetuoso de los derechos fundamentales desde la perspectiva legal. |
